How does mesh™ actually work in practice?
You subscribe to a tier. We schedule a kickoff with your team, align on OKRs and quarterly execution roadmap, and embed expert consultants into your operations. You can request sessions in 15-minute increments: async Slack reviews, quick design consultations, hands-on execution, or longer planning sessions. Every month, we review progress and adjust the roadmap. Every quarter, we calibrate strategy.
What makes mesh™ different from traditional consulting?
Traditional consulting locks you into a fixed SOW with fixed timing (usually full-week blocks). You're billed for their time, not results. mesh™ is the opposite: fixed cost, flexible time, results-focused. You get the expertise you need exactly when you need it, without negotiating change orders or waiting for availability.
Which platforms does mesh™ cover?
mesh™ expertise spans Splunk (core platform, ES, SOAR), Cribl (Stream, Edge, Search), CrowdStrike, Microsoft, AWS, and modern SOC workflows. Your team can request support for detection engineering, data engineering, platform health, visualization, asset identification, and Cribl activation. We'll work with your full stack.
What happens to unused hours each month?
Unused hours roll over to the next month (up to 2 months' buffer). So if you don't use all your hours in month 1, they're still available in month 2. This gives you flexibility for quieter periods and busy seasons.
How do you measure success?
During your kickoff, we define OKRs with your team. Every monthly review, we measure progress against those objectives. Success isn't measured in deliverables. It's measured in outcomes (detection coverage, false positive reduction, cost savings, faster incident resolution). We report on these metrics every 30 days.
Who do we work with on the consultant side?
Every mesh™ subscription comes with a dedicated delivery lead (your single point of contact) plus a rotating team of senior consultants based on your workstreams. You'll never be shuffled between random vendors. These are the same experts every month. Foundation tier and above get two named consultants.
Can we pause or downgrade mesh™?
Absolutely. If you need to pause, just let us know. Your subscription pauses for one month, no penalties. You can downgrade to a lower tier at any renewal. You can upgrade anytime mid-month, and the new rate takes effect next month. Full transparency, no lock-in.
Is there a commitment period?
mesh™ tiers have minimum commitment periods (Introduction: 3 months at 20–40 hrs/mo, Foundation: 6 months at 20–40 hrs/mo, Strategic: 6 or 12 months at 40–80 hrs/mo, Enterprise: 12 months or longer at 80–120 hrs/mo). After the commitment period, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you're unhappy in your first 30 days, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
